Are the products sold on “Fashion Brand Collection” original?
The products sold on “Fashion Brand Collection” are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product.
Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipments depends on the weight, volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier. “Fashion Brand Collection” ships to 170 countries. Discover our economy fees/times for the countries we ship most frequently to: shipping fees for cumulative orders
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment. Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 5 – 8 working days in most countries.
What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?
With DHL/FedEx, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products back to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.
All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service to sales@fashionbrandcollection.com as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. Are items authentic?
Our offering is expertly curated from the best luxury fashion brands around the globe and we guarantee all items are authentic. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. “Fashion Brand Collection” is responsible for the return only in case of incorrect products.
How can I make a return request?
You can make a return request within 14 days of receiving the goods by following these instructions:
1 – Click on “Returns and Refunds” for the product you want to return which you can locate inside the footer section of our webpage.
2 – Wait for an e-mail from our customer service with instructions to prepare the goods to be returned.
- The products must be returned intact and with the original packaging.
- Please make sure you have included the order detail in your message.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns any damage/missing items.
When can I make a return request?
You can make a return request for one or more products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
When will I receive my refund?
Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner, we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns and Refunds Policy.
